​We have several year round and seasonal beers. As we love to use local produce and ingredients our seasonal beers are based on what is available at the time. We also brew various limited release and one-off beers.
TOOWOOMBA LAGER - Pale Lager
Pale straw in colour with a toasted biscuit malt profile and slight spicy hop notes. Very clean and easy drinking lager.

LAZY BROTHER - Pale Ale
Produced using only Australian malt and hops. A medium bodied ale with soft peach or lychee notes initially, boasting a strong bitter pine finish.

ARROGANT BROTHER - Smoked Beer
A traditional German Rauchbier (smoked beer). Dark amber in colour, and with an aroma of a Summer barbecue. Similarity to bacon, campfires and savory flavours are common to the palate.

EVIL BROTHER - Coffee Porter
How do we like our coffee? Alcoholic. This light to medium bodied Porter is dry hopped with whole coffee beans sourced from Toowoomba’s own Total Coffee. It’s dark, it’s strong, it’s a Coffee Porter.

BEE HIVE - Honey Wheat
A honey wheat beer produced using regional honey from native Australian stingless bees. Slightly sweet, light bodied and easy drinking.

BITTERSWEET - Mango IPA
Light bodied and fruit everywhere. Mango aroma and taste from locally sourced mangoes, with the hops providing the bitterness and grapefruit notes. At 4.2% this is a sessionable IPA.

COUNTRY PUMPKIN - Pumpkin Ale
Our take on an American holiday beer. Select pumpkins from a local farm give this beer an interesting mouthfeel. Most of the flavour is provided by the spices commonly found in a pumpkin pie. Clove, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and all spice.

Traditional German wheat beer. Cloudy in appearance. The yeast produces flavours of banana and cloves with a dry and tart edge.

E.S.B - Extra Special Bitter
A full bodied English style ale that is deep copper in colour. Pronounced malt profile that is toasty with hints of toffee, caramel and raisins. There is a residual sweetness from the malt, while the hops and yeast leave a fresh herbal and fruity aroma.
